Passionate about Vermont and sustainable economic development, Roxanne has worked in all sectors with a focus on Business, Education, Human Resources, Workforce Development and Non-Profit Management. Prior to joining VSAC, Roxanne led education and workforce development initiatives for VBSR. Previously she managed HR, private/public partnerships and sales for Carbon Harvest Energy, and developed programming serving non-traditional students for UVM Continuing and Distance Education. She serves as an ambassador for Let’s Grow Kids and ThinkVermont.
